STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - A New Brighton teen faces felony weapon charges after police caught him in the hall of his public housing apartment building toting a loaded gun.
Timothy Dale, 18, was arrested inside 151 Jersey St. about 11:15 p.m., while police were also arresting his 15-year-old brother on marijuana possession charges, authorities said. The gun, a .380 caliber, was in his waistband, with one bullet in the chamber and four in the clip, police allege.
