We guess The bus boy didn't "Throw it in the bag" Fast enough! Fabolous (real name: John Jackson) is being accused of assaulting an Atlanta restaurant bus boy in a lawsuit filed earlier this week in Fulton County Superior Court, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
 According to the court documents, filed by Octavious Butler, an employee at Fox Sports Grill, he was attacked by the New York rapper and another person for no reason. In the maylay, Butler says he was hit in the head with a glass bottle and struck by a closed fist. He is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages from Fabolous. Come on now these stars should know keep your hands off of the help. They are quick to sue!

With all of the rappers on Twitter, it seems that the spew of Tweefs (Twitter Beefs) was inevitable. Now it seems as if Fabolous and Jim Jones have joined the tweeps igniting a 1 hour spat via their Twitter accounts.

It all started when Jim Jones Tweets:

Soon thereafter Fabolous decides to take up for Louis Vutton scarf wearers everywhere stating
