(staten island )park hill man allegedly punches girlfriend, swipes her phone

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- A Clifton man was arrested yesterday on charges he punched his girlfriend in the face and grabbed the cell phone from her hand back in January.

Devon Wilson, 19, of the 200 block of Park Hill Avenue, was charged with second- and third-degree robbery, fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree assault in connection with the Jan. 25 incident.
